Services

Choose the support you need

Every line below is a configurable service option governed by RTI_CONFIG.SERVICES. Routes, gateways and licences are confirmed per enquiry. Service coverage: Dhaka · Chattogram · Mongla · Benapole · Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (DAC). Verified scope: import assistance · export assistance · customs clearance coordination · sea, air & inland freight · door-to-door (route-dependent). Nothing here is a promise of capability until our team confirms it in writing.

How it works

From enquiry to close-out

An illustrative overview of how a shipment engagement typically progresses. This is not live shipment data, and timings are never guaranteed until agreed in writing in your approved quotation.

  1. 1

    Structured enquiry

You send complete shipment details in one go.

  2. 2

    Review & checklist

Our team reviews and lists required documents.

  3. 3

    Prepared quotation

Issued after manual review — never auto-priced.

  4. 4

    Honest updates

Status verified against real records before we reply.

01

Enquiry received

Structured cargo details arrive via the quote planner or messaging. Partial enquiries are routed to a “missing information” review instead of being ignored.

Start your enquiry
02

Information & documents

We review feasibility within the confirmed scope and share a document checklist specific to your cargo type and route.

03

Quotation & approval

A human-reviewed quotation with itemised lines, assumptions, exclusions and validity is issued for your approval. Nothing is auto-priced or auto-sent.

04

Booking & origin handling

After approval, booking, pickup / gate-in and origin coordination begin per the agreed scope.

05

Transit & clearance

Coordination during transit; on arrival the clearance workflow proceeds using the documents prepared earlier.

Request a status update
06

Delivery & close-out

Release and delivery coordination per scope; final documents shared and the file closed out.

    Smart quote planner

    Build your shipment enquiry

Six short steps. Only the fields needed to qualify your enquiry are required — everything else is optional but helpful. Go back any time; your answers are kept. A live CBM calculator and a 3D crate preview mean your enquiry arrives complete.

    AI Cargo Copilot

Get your cargo ready before you call anyone

Describe your commodity in plain language. The Copilot returns a normalised description, the questions you have not answered yet, and a preliminary document checklist you can carry straight into the quote planner.

No Puter login required. The default engine runs entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded anywhere.

Preliminary only. Never an official HS code, duty, licence or legal conclusion. A licensed C&F specialist must verify.

Untrusted input. Your text is treated strictly as data, never as instructions to the model.

    Engine

Production path: RTI_CONFIG.AI.ENDPOINT points to the owner-funded Puter Serverless Worker, so visitors never authenticate. Direct browser Puter AI uses the visitor's own Puter session (User-Pays) and may request sign-in — it is opt-in only and never triggered automatically.

    Shipment status request

We do not expose a public live-tracking database. Send a request; our operations team verifies the actual shipment record and replies through your preferred contact method. This protects private commercial data — and HighLevel Custom Objects cannot currently render dynamic records inside Websites/Funnels.

The Harmonised System (HS) code is the international commodity classification customs authorities use to determine duties, taxes and regulatory conditions. Classification depends on material, composition, function, specifications and intended use — so no website or AI tool can give you a binding classification. Our Copilot can suggest search terms and a category-level starting point, but the official classification must be confirmed through the Bangladesh Customs Import & Export Hub and by the licensed C&F team handling your file.

Document sets are cargo- and route-specific, never universal. A typical preparation list includes the commercial invoice, packing list, transport document (bill of lading or air waybill), and any certificate the buyer or the product category calls for. Sector permissions, inspection or testing requirements must be verified per product — we build the checklist after reviewing your actual cargo, and we never present a generic list as universally required.

No — and any site that instantly promises a duty figure without a verified classification and the current tariff schedule should be treated with caution. Duty and tax depend on the confirmed HS classification, assessable value, applicable supplementary duty, VAT, advance tax and any regulatory duty in force at the time of clearance. Our team prepares an assessment estimate only after reviewing your documents. Use NBR and the Customs Hub as the authoritative references.

CBM (cubic metre) is the volume your cargo occupies: length × width × height × quantity, converted to metres. It is the base input for LCL sea freight and for storage planning. Volume alone is not a freight quotation — chargeable-weight rules and carrier pricing require verified rate data, which is why our calculator deliberately shows volume only.

Incoterms® (ICC rules) define where cost, risk and responsibility hand over between buyer and seller. Broadly: EXW places most responsibility on the buyer at the seller's premises; FOB hands over at the port of loading once goods are on board; CFR/CIF add main carriage (and, for CIF, insurance) to the destination port; DAP/DPU/DDP push responsibility furthest toward the seller, with DDP including import clearance. The term you agree determines which legs we can quote for — tell us the term if you know it, or select “Advise me”.

Quotations are prepared manually after review, so this website does not publish a turnaround promise. What we can control is input quality: a complete planner submission with cargo, route, packages and contact details needs far fewer clarification rounds. Validity and commercial terms are set per quotation — 14 days validity, subject to carrier availability, exchange rate and any change in the duty or tax structure at the time of shipment.

In the default local guidance engine, nothing leaves your browser — the logic runs in JavaScript on this page. If you explicitly switch to Puter AI (live), your commodity description is sent to that model provider under Puter's User-Pays model, which may require you to sign in to Puter. In the production configuration, requests instead go to the owner-funded Puter Serverless Worker with input caps, allowlisted keys, rate limiting and no prompt storage. Never paste confidential contracts, licences or personal documents into the Copilot.

Not with a public tracking number. Submit a status request and our operations team verifies the actual record against carrier documents, port and customs records before replying through your preferred channel. This is deliberate: a public lookup screen built on front-end data would either be fabricated or would expose private commercial information.

    CBM calculator

Authoritative references only. Requirements change; always confirm before filing.

Glossary. CBM = cubic metres (volume). Incoterms® = ICC rules defining buyer/seller responsibilities. HS code = international commodity classification — the official classification for your cargo must be confirmed via the Customs Hub and your licensed C&F team, never taken from this website or from AI output.
